President Obama has declared Friday a Day of Remembrance for President John F. Kennedy, and ordered flags to be flown at half-staff to commemorate the 50th anniversary of JFK's death.

The misconduct came to light allegedly after an agent refused to pay a woman for "services" and she called police.
