A three-year probation period is part of Boise
State's proposed self-imposed sanctions for NCAA rules violations, which the
school released Wednesday.

The NCAA has charged Boise State with lack of
institutional control after finding alleged violations in multiple sports.

Apparently the NCAA has found a way to
slow down the Boise State Broncos football team, by flagging it for illegal
use of a fast food meal.

Longtime Boise State athletic director Gene
Bleymaier is leaving his position after 29 years as the school deals with
sanctions across a number of sports, including football.
