Summers was found guilty last week of raping and murdering a Greensboro woman in 2006, while her three children were at home. He also stabbed the woman's two daughters.  Her son wasn't harmed.

Raymond Cook was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, felony death by motor vehicle and DWI in the death of Elena Shapiro.  He was sentenced to three years in prison.
